Self Heal Plus

Feynlab Self Heal Plus is the best ceramic coating, period. 7 Years + Durability, thickest film build (10-15 Microns) and fully self healing technology. Most Ceramic Coatings are so thin they cannot actually be measured with a paint thickness gage. This is achevied with mulitple layers of coating applied, and they react to form a memory polymer chain backbone with ceramic protection bonded ontop. This memory polymer gives the foundation for the ceramic protection installed ontop. When heated to 60° C, the memory polymer re flows, filling voids left by swirls, love marks, and wash marring. To achieve 7 year durability it requires an extensive amount of paint preparation. This is in the form of decontamination (chemical and mechanical), and a full multi stage paint correction process. This is essential for not only the best asthetic appearance possible, but also to enable the 7 year longevity it is required to have the cleanest surface possible to bond to.

This coating requires 5-8 hours of IR lamp baking, and fully cures within 7 days of installation.
